  • Jessica has always had a passion for baking and cooking, which led to her teaching herself everything she knows by reading cookbooks and watching cooking shows.
  • In 2019 she won a blue ribbon in the Best Muffin category at the New Jersey State Fair for her double chocolate banana muffins.
  • She has recently started working on a boozy baking cookbook that she hopes to publish this year.


Jessica is a recipe developer, food photographer, and blogger. She launched her blog in 2018 and has been creating unique recipes ever since. In 2020, Jessica took several photography classes, which allowed her to expand her focus to include food photography. She began working at Tasting Table in 2021 as a recipe developer and writer, and she continues to seek out new opportunities to engage with recipes and food photography.


Jessica has a bachelor's degree in History from Seton Hall University, an MBA from Walden University, and a master's degree from Harvard University.
