From this week’s box: tomatoes
Additional ingredients: flour, red onions, vinegar, mustard, burrata, basil, good olive oil
Recipe: Make a dough using water, flour and salt | Let it rest while you cut the tomatoes and red onions | Place sliced red onions in a bowl with vinegar | Roll out the dough an spread a base layer of mustard on it, before you add the tomatoes and the onions | Fold in the edges of the dough | Put in the oven at 360° F (180° C) for 25-30 minutes | Spread the burrata and sprinkle with fresh basil and good olive oil
