Hearty Shakshuka with Feta Cheese

Shakshuka

Ingredients: onions, garlic, red pepper, tinned tomatoes, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, eggs, feta cheese, cilantro, pita bread

Recipe: Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil | Add chopped red pepper until it turns soft | Add spices and mix well | Add tinned tomatoes and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes | Use a spatula and make hole to crack eggs into | Reduce heat and cook until eggs are done | Season with salt and pepper | Crumble feta cheese and sprinkle cilantro over the shakshuka | Serve with pita bread
