Out of this week’s box: cauliflower
Other ingredients: labneh, lemon zest, lemon juice, slivered almonds, cilantro, fresh mint, chili flakes, olive oil
Recipe: Cut cauliflower into small florets | In a bowl, mix with olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper | Roast in the oven at 420°F for 20-30 minutes | In the meantime, roast slivered almonds in a pan | When the cauliflower is done, mix with more lemon juice and lemon zest as well as the roasted almonds | Spread labneh on a plate and top with the cauliflower mix | Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and mint
