This citrus coleslaw is a perfect refreshing side or can be enjoyed as a main dish, when served with some flat bread. It can be prepared in advance and gets even better, when you keep it in the fridge overnight.
Ingredients: white cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, cilantro, oranges, grapefruits, lemons, chili, olive oil, fish sauce or soy sauce, salt, pepper
Recipe: shred the cabbage into a big bowl and mix with some salt | let it sit for 15 minutes | slice carrot and chili | cut oranges and grapefruits into small pieces and try to catch any excess juice | mix it with lemon juice, fish/soy sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper to make the dressing | mix everything together and garnish with cilantro
