Smashed Potatoes with Lemon Yogurt Sauce

Out of this week’s box: potatoes

Additional ingredients: greek yogurt, olive oil, spices

Recipe

Cook potatoes until almost done | Smash potatoes with a glass or a plate and slightly brush with a little olive oil | Season with salt, pepper and paprika and put in the oven at at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes until edges are crispy | Serve with greek yogurt mixed with lemon juice, salt and pepper
